Ospry on Lake Murray

If you know where to look you can find several nesting ospry families. The ospry return to the same nesting place from one year to the next. This allows one to keep track of a mating pair and their families. In the spring you can always find one of the parents on the nest, taking care of the newly hatched. While the other soars overhead in search of food. It is inspiring to take a few minutes from the busy day to watch such a majestic animal. We do have photos coming but I havn't had my latest rolls of filmed developed yet. So, bookmark our site and be sure to return to see and learn more about Lake Murray!
